The music sold through Davio Media is subject to Fair Use rules. That means you may only use it for personal use. You may make copies for backup or to use in your car or home stereo. If you are having technical problems accessing the music you purchase, you may request a refund by email or phone within 30 days of purchase. We will try to help solve any technical issues you might have and issue a refund if we determine there is a technical incompatibility with our service.
